You can make a transfer from your credit card to your account with The Bancorp Bank Employee Branch. The Bancorp Bank Employee Branch does not charge you for this service, but your other financial institution may assess a cash advance fee that could be up to 5% of the transaction amount.
Initial deposits are limited to $500 and can be completed when you use the online application or log in to your account for the first time.
There are two ways to add additional funds by credit card:
- Use our online Funds Transfer service; or
- Call customer service at 855.781.4360 and ask to fund your account with a credit card. Please have the following information available:
- Your credit card account number, CVV number and expiration date
- The cardholder's name
- The cardholder's billing address
At this time we accept the following credit cards: VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover.
