Our Online Banking system has been designed so that you can view and manage your finances in a secure and convenient online environment.
This guide will walk you through the process of accessing your account and describe our site’s features and benefits.
After logging in, you will have the ability to access all of your accounts and banking information, including current balances, cleared checks, ATM withdrawals, deposits, and more.
For security reasons, separate notices have been sent to you regarding your user ID and password. During initial login, you will be asked to select a new password. Please note this information in a safe place, as you will need it to access your account.
Follow the steps below to access your account:
Step 1: Access your banking home page at The Bancorp Bank Employee Branch, and locate the “ACCOUNT LOGIN” section.
Step 2: Type in your User ID, which is provided in the welcome booklet you received in the mail, and click “Login.”
Step 3: On the “Sign on to Online Banking” page, enter your password. Then, click “Sign on” to access your account.
If this is your first time logging in to your account, you will be prompted to create a new password (please keep this information in a safe place; you will need it to access your account in the future).
To ensure continued account security and a seamless login experience, please be sure to keep your contact information current. You can view and edit your contact information within the Account Services tab, available on the Account Overview page.
After logging in, you can take advantage of the many Internet Banking conveniences, such as:
- A running account balance. View up-to-the-minute balance information and transaction details.
- Schedule Transfers. Transfer between accounts one time, on a predetermined schedule, or set up recurring transfers.
- Multiple sorting options. You can sort activity by date, check number, transaction description or amount.

ONLINE BANKING FEATURES
Each page on the site allows you to navigate easily among functions from either a set of tabs at the top of the page or links at the left. Click on any of the tabs or links to access more information about any of your accounts.
The Accounts Overview page provides an overview of all of your accounts by Name, Number, Type and Balance. Click on any Account Name to access more information, including a detailed listing of all transactions.
Select a specific account from a drop-down list and view its transaction history for the previous 30 days, including a running balance of cleared transactions. You may choose the date range you wish to view to access more available account history, or accept the default date range. A calendar icon is provided to assist you in date selection.

By signing up for online statements, you will enjoy free, secure and convenient access to your statements. Online statements are:
- FREE: Pay nothing for direct access to your statements.
- SAFE: Reduce the risk of identity theft and mail fraud.
- SIMPLE: Cut the clutter! No piles of statements on your desk.
- ECO-FRIENDLY: Protect the environment by using less paper.
- CONVENIENT: View, print, download – anytime, anywhere.
To switch to online statements, log on to your account and navigate to “My Accounts > Statements.”
After you enroll for online statements, you will receive one more paper statement. After that, your next statement will be available online for you to view or print as you wish.
A history of your statements will be at your fingertips*. You can easily save your statements to your personal computer or use the “Download Banking Transactions” feature from the Accounts page to download your account history to your Quicken®, MS Money® or other accounting software. You can also print out your statement, if you need a paper copy (Adobe Reader is required).
* Only statements generated after the online activation date will be available for online viewing.
Quickly and easily transfer funds between your accounts, immediately or on a predetermined schedule.
To transfer funds between your accounts at the bank, from another financial institution or from a credit card, use our Funds Transfer service.
Bill Payment is a comprehensive management tool that allows you to pay bills* from a single, simple-to-use site. You can control which bills get paid and when they get paid, helping you to avoid late fees, and you may schedule one-time or recurring payments.
Bill Presentment gives you the ability to receive your bills online with E-Bills and Smart Bills, and receive email notification automatically, as soon as a bill posts to your account.
* Court-ordered alimony, child support, tax payments or any other government-related payments cannot be made through the Bill Payment and Presentment service.
The options available within the Customer Service section include the ability to change your password, user ID, address, phone or email information. You can also change your statement delivery method. Options are provided for placing stop payments on checks, ordering checks or other check supplies, and managing the alerts on your account.
